Who We Are

Janna Gingras graduated from the University of

Washington with an undergradute degree in

Psychology and a masters degree in Social Work.

After retiring from the field of social work, she

began a second career as a bookkeeper.

Currently Janna enjoys using her expertise in

Quick Books to do nonprofit bookkeeping and

nonprofit bookkeeping consulting.

Liz Illg has an MSW in organizational development from the University of Washington and has worked in the nonprofit sector as program manager, executive director, project coordinator and trainer. She is available for nonprofit consultation and development, strategic planning, board consultation and the planning and facilitation of board retreats

Liz and Janna have collectively served the nonprofit community for more than 70 years. As board members, volunteers, and paid staff of nonprofits, their experience includes governance, planning, fundraising, and program implementation. Liz currently serves on the Coordinating Council of Leadership San Juan Islands, the San Juan County Economic Development Council and as the President of the Board of the San Juan County Community Network.

They are former owners of Post San Juan, a small business in Friday Harbor and are active in community activities. Liz is a past councilmember for the Town of Friday Harbor.

Nonprofits Unlimited promotes organizational efficiency and sustainability by providing training, administrative services, mission-based fundraising, and confidential consulting to nonprofit boards, agency staff, and community groups.
